ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

I forgot my username and password, what do I do?

There is a Forgot Password or Forgot Username link on the login page. Your username or password will be sent to the email account that you provided when you registered.

Can I have more than one account at Topshift.Com?

No, a person is only allowed one account. If a person is found using multiple accounts, any and all prizes will be void for all game periods won and multiple accounts will be closed without notice, and all player privileges may be revoked for as long as the Team at Corrupt Interactive Inc deem fit.

How many credit cards can I use on my account?

We are limiting credit card usage to 2 per account.  Please understand that this is to prevent thieves from using stolen credit cards and making multiple charges on your cards.

Can I change my Login Name?

We apologize, but we are unable to change your login name once your account has been created.  Instead in your Menu Bar when you Login, you can adjust your Game Name to whatever you would like at any point in the game.

How do I terminate my account?

To close any account with us please contact us directly at support@corruptinteractive.com.

How do I change my personal information?

Click on the EDIT ACCOUNT tab in the main menu bar on the left of your screen when you login.  Here you have the option to change numerous settings that are highlighted.  If the settings that you would like to alter are not highlighted please contact us at support@corruptinteractive.com.

What is an Avatar and Do you host them for me?

An avatar is an image that represents your image or personality to other players when they click on your player tab.  You can link and small image to this area however Corrupt Interactive Inc. reserves the right to remove any obscene, vulgar, or trademarked images as we deem fit.  Please note:  If avatars are used in any abusive manner, Corrupt Interactive also reserves the right to remove you from this game and any other game that is run by the company and its affiliates.  Unfortunately, we do not host any images on our servers.
